Full Job DescriptionCampaign ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and optimize our campaigns for maximum performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media and performance marketing, with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive campaign strategies to drive engagement and conversion.Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.Strong understanding of paid media strategies and performance marketing principles.Proficiency in SEM tools and techniques, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
