Job Description
I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.
The Campaign Coordinator will serve as the internal point of contact for paid campaigns sold by the Business Development team. They will work in tandem with all key stakeholders (editorial, finance, and the business development team) to ensure all affiliate links are created and tracked correctly. This role is responsible for following project timelines and ensuring goals of paid placements are met and delivered in full. It is crucial that this individual has strong attention to detail, is highly organized, and has strong communication skills in order to succeed.

Create and track affiliate links for paid campaigns and organic coverageServe as POC for assigned slack channelsMaintain reports for assigned live campaigns and placementsProvide campaign performance data to stakeholders as requestedEnsure campaign goals are met and that all placements are documented correctlyAccurately prioritize projects, questions, and requests from team membersTroubleshooting and problem solving30%
Serve as the liaison between editors/writers and our Account Management teamCommunicate campaign needs/requests while staying organized and providing best in class communicationCoordinate with editors to provide promotional details and assets for each paid campaignOther duties as assigned100%

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related fieldExperience:
1-2 years experience in campaign management or operations for a magazine, agency, or online publisher.Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Must haves:
