DescriptionManage records collection for aircraft purchase/lease return. Coordinate records issues with aircraft owner, 3rd parties and lessee. Identify missing data and capture usage for all assets. Assist with tracking and forecasting of parts and maintenance to support annual budget. Support the contracting and purchasing process by preparing and issuing purchase orders, negotiate with select vendors and monitor vendor performance. Sources, negotiates, tracks and coordinates parts release for loaned/borrowed or cannibalized parts. Audit and manage overhaul records for life limited components on all gears.Work in a collaborative and effective manner with 3rd parties, operators, current owner and lessees.Maintain and manage "Delivery Binders" for purchased/leased aircraft.Manage and update in-progress maintenance package records for lessor/lessee aircraft. Provides Boeing/Airbus or the operator with task cards or other support documents.Attend customer meetings to ensure all documents are received in accordance with the aircraft contract terms.Audit asset documents and assist with forecasting and sourcing parts to keep costs within budget; drive consistent performance and process improvements through management of contract terms.Provide support to the Designated Aircraft Representatives (DAR), Engineers and Quality Assurance.Provide continuous supplier surveillance by reviewing shop packages, component modifications and repair/overhaul documentation.Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as operator utilizations aircraft flight logs, historical and customer documentation.Meet and communicate with managers from MRO's and other operators to come up with plans to meet goals and objectivesAudit landing gear data to ensure correct information has been recorded and proper documentation has been supplied.
