Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be handling high volumes of inbound calls, primarily focused on restaurant reservations. The workplace is a dynamic call center environment where strong multitasking skills and a high level of focus are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls, with a focus on customer service

• Utilize multiple computer screens and systems to assist customers

• Process customer reservations for various restaurant locations

• Handle customer inquiries related to to-go orders, directions, and lost and found items

• Use specific software such as Ring Central, OpenTable, and Teams to facilitate communication and reservations process

• Maintain a hospitality mindset to provide excellent customer service

• Constantly monitor and update customer accounts as necessary

• Work collaboratively in a closely seated team environment

• Maintain a high level of focus in a dynamic call center setting

• Balance multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Avaya CMS

• Advanced knowledge of various Computer Programs

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

• Ability to utilize Customer Service Software effectively

• Experience with About Time software

• Excellent communication skills to respond to customer queries

• Experience in responding to Inbound Calls in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Proven ability to assist customers with their needs

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions and their applications in customer service

• Proficiency in using Ring Central software

• Experience with Opentable software TalentMatch®
