　　Receive and place telephone calls Requirements - Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

　　Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Strong Microsoft Office skills

　　Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

　　Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Solid understanding of data entry

　　Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
