We are problem-solverswho collaborate and challenge each other to design and build automatedsolutions, and to deliver superior performance in the Life Sciencesindustry o Responsible for developing a continuous and robust customerpipeline of R+D existing customers within the Life Science industries. oResponsible for developing new customer pipelines, identifying andmaintaining strong growth of new customers each year within designatedsales territory. o Primary focus on developing existing customerpipelines aligned to meet individual and company quarterly & annualBookings and Revenue targets. o Secondarily strive to develop newbusiness to meet individual and company quarterly & annual Bookings andRevenue targets. o Coordinate all sales opportunities with ApplicationEngineers & After Market Manager to generate the best possible solutionsfor our customers. o Administer presentations to customers with theability to describe R+Ds capabilities / capacities in a comprehensivemanner. o Manage customer relationships to maximize the opportunity withR+D. o Act as liaison between active customers and in-house ProjectManagers, as needed. o Manage, coordinate and deliver project quotes ina timely fashion to customers by properly assessing customer needs andmanaging internal process to deliver proper expectations. o Have anactive customer base to ensure bookings and sales revenue expectationsper Sales Manager directed goals / targets. o Strength in technicalsales environment, supported by personal experience. o Execute weeklysales goals in accordance with R+D\'s sales plan. o Participate inweekly department meetings and attend other meetings as needed. o Updateweekly sales follow-up calendar and quote forecasting databases. oUnderstanding of Quote and Project submission processes as outlined inISO documents. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Bachelor\'s degree in sales, technical, business development orequivalent required. 2. 5+ years of experience in the technical salesenvironment required (Capital Equipment related to the Pharmaceuticals,Medical Devices or Life Sciences Industries preferred). 3. Provenexpertise in delivering client-focused solutions based on customerneeds. 4. Proven ability to be organized and manage multiple projects ata time with impeccable attention to details. 5. Excellent listening,negotiation, and presentation skills. 6. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. 7. Working knowledge of engineering practices,including design for manufacturability, maintainability, reliability,safety and machine shop practices. 8. Excellent organizational, timemanagement, and follow-up skills 9.
