We have a Hybrid Temp Call Center Position lasting until January 4th. Tobe considered, candidates must reside in Massachusetts per our client\'srequirements. This position is working for a 24/7 medical answeringservice. In this position, you will be responsible for answering callsfor a various medical facilities and practices. You will be connectingcallers to the requested staff member and or department, taking messageswhen the offices are not available and paging on-call physicians. Thenature of these calls can vary from non urgent requests like schedulingan appt to more urgent situations where a patient is in pain. You willprocess these calls using a computerized scripted system that has thatwill guide you on what information to obtain from your caller and how toenter it. The pay is \$17.95/HR. Training: Next Wed- Fri, 10a-2p Days and Hours: M-F, 8-4:30 or8:30-5 Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED - 2 years of customerservice experience - Previous call center, medical office or answeringservice helpful Computer requirements for work from home: - MonitorResolution - 1920x1080 - Internet speed - Download:25/ Upload: 5/ Ping:20 or less ( www.speedtest.net) we will need a screen shot of this aswell) - Must be done when hardwired via ethernet, WIFI is not allowedfor call processing. - Windows Operating System of 10 or 11 - MAC andChromebooks are not compatible with our software. - Web cam is required( training purposes)
