As a member of the operations team, the Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. Salary: $23-$30/hr Responsibilities Verify calibration certification data Initiate and support corrective actions for out of tolerance conditions Support calibration-related inquiries from lab personnel Perform simple and complex calibrations (e.g. dimensional, force, alignment, temperature, dynamic verifications) Perform other related duties, as assigned by the Calibration Supervisor Skills / Qualifications Is this job for me? You will: Experience interpreting calibration procedures and requirements required Experience in test equipment maintenance a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with GAGE Track or other database software Familiarity with statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and measurement uncertainty principles Familiarity with and ability to interpret Quality Management System accreditation standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 17025 NOTE: This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
