As aCommunity Association Manger,youâllbe responsible forthe leading our entire on-site operation. They effectively manage working relationships with all departments acrossâ¯the propertyâ¯in order toâ¯ensure that companyobjectivesare met. Our Community Association Managers partner with Regional Directors and their respectiveâ¯Board of Directors to implement projects, overcome challenges, andprovidequality service to our customers.â¯âââÂ

Your Responsibilities:Â Â
Providemanagement and leadership to assigned property and book of business.ÂManage the functions of a team within a property whilemaintainingstandards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.ÂAct as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met and toassistin prompt response and resolution to questions/problems.ÂMaintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential. Ensure all contractual obligations are being met.ÂInitiate contact with new residents.ÂConduct site inspections regularly,identifydeficiencies andproviderecommendations and action plans to improve the property.ÂOversee all construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and other related projects are completed on time and within budget.ÂCreate,maintain, and upload a wide variety of information in our portal including but not limited to work orders, signed meeting minutes and Monthly Management Report.ÂInterview, select, recommend, hire, train and schedule assigned staff. Ensure proper coverage and staffing levels.Providedirectionsto staff andassistin the investigation and resolution of problems.ÂÂÂ
Skills & Qualifications:Â Â
3+ years of experiencein propertyOperations,Hospitality,or constructionÂ
Bachelorâs degree in businessor related fieldÂÂ
Mustbe Certified and Licensed bytheState of Floridafor Community Association Management (CAM)ÂÂCritical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.ÂÂProficiencyin computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windowsrequired.ÂÂExcellent organization, motivation, leadership,management,and interpersonal skillsÂAbility to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.ÂÂKnowledge and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents.ÂÂ
Physical Requirements:Â Â
Ability tolift upto 50lbs followingappropriate safetyprocedures.ÂÂMust be ableto stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.ÂAbility to respond to emergenciesin a timely manner.ÂÂAbility to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.). ÂÂÂ
