What would I be doing?

　　The Cage Supervisor oversees the daily cash handling needs of the Casino, assists the cage manager/shift manager, prepares the daily work schedule and attends to the needs of the team members.

　　Responsibilities

　　The Cage Supervisor safeguards the assets of the company

　　Assist the cage manager in the implementation of the procedures and policies that are necessary to ensure that the cash handling is performed within accepted standards established by management, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

　　The Cage Supervisor will attend to the customer’s needs on a daily basis in order to keep customer satisfaction at its highest degree.

　　Responsible for confidentiality of company records.

　　The Cage Supervisor will oversee the daily staffing and work requirements.

　　Required Knowledge and Skills

　　Basic understanding of accounting, gaming and regulatory requirements.

　　Ability to communicate clearly the required standards and tasks within the department.

　　Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

　　Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

　　Required Natural Behaviors

　　Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

　　Highly organized and detail-oriented.

　　Must be at least 21 years old.

　　Required Education and Work Experience

　　Six (6) months casino or one (1) year bank money handling experience.

　　Strong basic math and verbal skills commensurate with a high school diploma.

　　Basic computer skills.
