Overtime may be available/notguaranteed at \$21.23/hr. Employees must complete company training(paid).

　　Duties: Communicate with customers regarding orders, payment, andchange. Prepare simple food items such as sandwiches and salads, toastbagels, make coffee and cold drinks; distribute food and drinks toguests at the counter. Wash all kitchen & serving equipment. Restockbulk items as needed, including bagels, muffins, donuts, and coffeeaccompaniments. Mopping, sweeping or polishing common areas; disposingof trash and straightening the serving area. Following all company andsafety and security policies and procedures; reporting any maintenanceproblems; completing necessary training; properly storing materials.Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. Hours may varybased on business needs. All other duties as assigned. Cafe Associateswill be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and be able tomove continuously during work hours. Some areas of the Inn are stairsaccess only. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs. Cleaningguidelines may change/be adjusted due to COVID19.

　　Education/experience: No educational experience is required. No workexperience is required.

　　Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wagesdue & workers will be paid weekly. Optional housing may be availableemployer can assist in finding housing; if elected, weekly rate may varyfrom \$85 - \$175 depending on type & style and can be payroll deducted.If elected, housing deposit can be payroll deducted - \$200 or greaterdeposit. Employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheckrequired by law. Employer will reimburse employee of all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by government, incurred by the H-2B worker. The employer willpay for daily subsistence at least \$15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. The employer will provide theworkers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required toperform the job. Shift will vary based on business demands; open 7 daysper week. Typical work hours are 7am 12pm but may vary based on businessneeds. Evening shifts may be necessary. Employer guarantees to offerwork for hours equal to at least s of the workdays in each 12 weekperiod of the total employment period. After the completion of 50% ofthe work period, employer will, in the next pay cycle, reimburse theH-2B worker for transportation and subsistence costs from the place fromwhich the worker has come to work for the employer to the place ofemployment, as required by 20 CFR 655.18(b)(12). Upon completion of thework contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer willprovide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer. The amount of transportation paymentor reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonablecommon carrier for the distances involved. All transportation costs areto be pre-approved and receipts must be submitted.
