　　Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Affinity in Louisville, KY for a Full-Time CAD CAM Technician.

　　The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

　　Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

　　Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist on each case.

　　Nesting (organizing crowns like a puzzle piece) units on a daily basis

　　Running Roland mills when needed

　　Maintenance and repair on machines including Roland/BIOCad mills and vacuum system

　　Preventative maintenance on the sintering ovens

　　Training other team members

　　Skills and Abilities Required:

　　Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

　　Must have computer skills

　　Display good hand-eye coordination skills

　　Display ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

　　Attention to detail and excellent perception skills

　　Time management skills required for production environment

　　Display multi-tasking skills

　　Mechanically inclined

　　Minimum Education and Experience Required:

　　High school diploma or GED equivalent

　　Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

　　CNC Machinery

　　Dremmel/Handpiece

　　Computer

　　Wax Pot/Electric waxer

　　Pressing Oven

　　Devest Machine

　　Pache Machine

　　Coloring liquid

　　Invex liquid

　　Burn out oven

　　Sintering oven

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Able to sit or stand for long periods of time

　　Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive movements

　　Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds
