　　DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Clinical Dietitian, you will coordinate, inspect, and evaluate the therapeutic diet program while maintaining adherence to HIPAA standards. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal nutritional status of residents by planning, implementing, and evaluating nutritional interventions. You will also be responsible for completion of initial, annual, and significant change nutritional assessments (SAND Assessment) for residents. In addition, you will write nutritional care plans and make dietetic recommendations for implementation consistent with physician's orders and dietetic needs.
