  We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and dynamic Senior Team Assistant to join CBRE in Sydney. This role requires superior administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional support to a high-performing team, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication within the team.

  About the role:

  Provide high quality administrative support to the Regional Director & Managing Director, and ensure maximum efficiency and smooth running of the local team

  Administrative support includes diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking

  Management of Salesforce - contact management, update opportunities and pipeline

  Assist with the coordination and management of property campaigns

  Assist the website and database content

  Assist in developing systems, procedures and tools to increase efficiency

  About you:

  Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in commercial real estate is preferred, but not essential

  Good knowledge and keen interest of the property industry.

  Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain task focused.

  Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.

  Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication and have the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

  Strong client service focus and approach to business.

  Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using Salesforce is beneficial but not essential

  Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
