Purpose: DTI is seeking a Business Objects Lead with mainframe experience to drive our Business Intelligence initiatives. Role Description: This role involves leveraging SAP Business Objects in conjunction with mainframe technologies to deliver comprehensive BI solutions. This is ideal for an individual who combines strong BI expertise with a deep understanding of mainframe systems, aiming to develop and lead sophisticated BI solutions. Responsibilities: Lead Business Objects reporting and dashboard development, integrating with mainframe systems. Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop BI strategies that align with mainframe data sources. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across SAP Business Objects and mainframe platforms. Guide and mentor team members, emphasizing integration of Business Objects with mainframe technologies. Stay current with BI trends, especially in the context of mainframe environments. Qualifications: Expertise in SAP Business Objects, familiarity with mainframe data structures and languages (e.g., COBOL, JCL), strong analytical and leadership skills. Certifications in SAP Business Objects, with additional preference for mainframe-related certifications. Requirements: 5+ years in Business Objects, including experience with mainframe integration. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field. U.S. Citizenship required. Must be current on tax filings. Clearance: MBI clearance preferred.
