Description The Buyer will ensure procurement of products & services align with the TCO purchasing strategy and support supply chain initiatives throughout the organization. This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm out of the Revo Health Business Office in Golden Valley, MN. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions. Essential Functions: Review and complete purchase orders to align with contract compliance, product standardization, conformity to policies, confirm order status, resolve daily issues, and communicate with internal customers Resolve price discrepancies with vendors Proactively manage supply shortage issues Maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers Contract administration Monitor supplier performance, follow up on open orders, delivery issues, and invoicing issues Negotiate with suppliers as directed Communicate price changes in a timely manner Obtain knowledge and stay updated on contract pricing and terms Maintain purchasing records according to requirements Assist with purchasing initiatives Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of education and experience preferred 2-3 years of project support and/or purchasing experience required Experience with purchasing and inventory management software required Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required Essential Requirements: Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with internal and external customers at all levels of the organization providing courteous, timely and accurate information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effectively utilize excel spreadsheets to quantify value of projects and purchasing initiatives Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize situations requiring urgent attention is critical. Time management and organization skills are required.
