Your Responsibilities :
The position is responsible for the marketing & promotional strategies of group of products in the LOC. Responsible for managing the short to long-term (1-5 years) product strategy to sustain the brands growth by understanding the market dynamic and managing the 4Ps (people, product, placement, promotion)
Reporting to the General Manager, this position is part of the Leadership Team modelling GSK values and expectations, building a great place to work and establishing a strong, efficient and sustainable performance culture is essential.This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:Manage product portfolio to create new businesses and enhance franchise value to the company.Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities planning & implementation.Supervise marketing and commercial teams to appropriately estimate monthly sales forecast, assuring product availability and sales accuracy in the long term.Management of marketing team, interaction with sales force and engagement of the whole commercial teamDirect the Promotional Team to strengthen our brands' positioning among Health Care Professionals and Health Care Organizations.Drive leadership and winning mindset across teams. Build GSK reputation with external stakeholders.Supervise customer negotiations in trade and institutional channels, overseeing for price proposals in tender and strategic approach with key accounts. Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, health care or equivalent.Proven experience in management, including sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. 8+ years of leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Chile, Peru & Ecuador Healthcare systems. Proven ability and credibility to influence change at the enterprise level to secure resources needed to build and support a new business capability.Proven experience leading high-performing teams.Track record of success leading and embedding change at the enterprise level and inspirationally leading own team through change.Business mindset and high ability to lead, drive and deliver cross-functional projects with high complexity.Strong business and financial acumen.Preferred Qualifications: MSc in sales, marketing or equivalent preferred.Strong project management skills.If you feel this is your next career move, please apply up to January 4, 2024
