　　Do you love organization and working across teams as a business program coordinator? You might be the results-oriented Business Program manager Robert Half is looking for, if you can ensure the precise execution of marketing projects for a business in the Investment Advisory field. This Project Manager role is based in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area and would be a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.

　　3 Month contract with possible extension

　　Your responsibilities

　　Provide support to leaders in a collaborative environment to ensure business strategy is translated into client-focused experiences that are completed on time and drive business results and meet business partner goals.

　　For every project, ensure the most necessary elements are delivered in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints.

　　Track and monitor progress, manage job files, route projects, organize schedules, and conduct status meetings.

　　Support online projects plans through launch communicating status to key stakeholders. Work with project managers and technical leads to evaluate multiple courses of action on a project and assess impact on targeted deliverables.

　　Work with business interactive marketing and technology partners in a highly matrixed organization supporting stakeholder relationships.

　　Requirements

　　3 to 5 years of experience managing and deliver multiple projects concurrently.

　　Strong communication and presentation skills both written and oral along with ability to collaborate and influence others.

　　Project management skills with a track record of implementing innovative solutionAbility to multi-task thrive in a deadline driven environment.
