Description:
Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible to position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications.
Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing division. Provide the strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and optimal revenue growth.
Lead a talented sales and marketing team that makes the vision reality. You create an environment energized by the superpower of care, where talented, win-driven professionals are excited to join, learn, exceed their best, and advance.You lead by modeling the way, by empowering and coaching throughout the employment life cycle.
Effectively channel your knowledge of the competitive landscape. Assess the effectiveness of company programs to determine optimum revenues using system reports and market data, in order to innovate.
Forge relationships and build rapport. Cultivate, enhance and leverage external and internal relationships to elevate hotels and market share awareness and rive business.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure the division's sales and marketing plan is on budget to meet or exceed revenue expectations and profit goals.
Identify new growth opportunities and execute strategies to maximize corporate and MICE market share.
Ensure that marketing communications are integrated across the function including hotel advertising, promotions, collateral, and e-marketing.
Qualifications:
Must hold Korean Nationality.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
MICE and big events background will be preferred.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales and Marketing in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
