Business Systems Analyst/Product Manager Location: Remote Duration: 6 months with possible extension Description: As a member of the Marketing Decision Science team, the Senior Business System Analyst/Product Manager candidate will specialize in improvement to our AI model effectiveness for Marketing. In this role the Senior Business Analyst will be working to help deliver solutions for our lead Product Manager focusing on enhancing our AI generated insights. Must have skills: Lead the process of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements including Business Requirement Documents, Business narratives, User stories, Use case modeling, mapping documents and other additional documentation as needed. Collaboration with Engineering, Product, Architects and Program teams to deliver results. Ensure features or projects are delivered on time coordinating build activities, testing, training, and support activities to guarantee a smooth delivery and line of support with business stakeholders involved Track and manage user feedback and collaborate with product teams to influence roadmaps with the highest priority work. Report feature progress and product metrics regularly. Understanding of ML/AI Fundamentals is required. Plus, if there is experience in marketing specific AI/ML usecases including measurement attribution, predictive analytics. Basic SQL querying and data extraction Teachable skills: Tableau dashboard development B2B Martech technologies including marketing automation Optional skills: Understanding of marketing, sales and client CRM inc.
