Description

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, with the possibility of long-term conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing distribution processes and expertise in migrating JD Edwards platform version A9.3 running on IBM iSeries.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Platform Migration: Lead and participate in the migration process of JD Edwards platform version A9.3 on IBM iSeries, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruptions to business operations.

　　Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing distribution processes and system functionalities.

　　System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate JDE A9.3 with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

　　Data Migration: Oversee the migration of data from the existing system to the new platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

　　Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the migrated system. Address any issues and discrepancies identified during testing.

　　User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on the new system, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the updated platform.

　　Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and continuous improvement.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in manufacturing distribution environments.

　　Expertise in JD Edwards platform version A9.3 and IBM iSeries.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Experience with system migrations and upgrades.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

　　Ability to work independently and remotely.
