　　Work location: Chicago (onsite 3 days a week)

　　Anchor days: as assigned

　　Work hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

　　Project Overview:

　　This is a large technical project focused on the upgrade and migrationof a large, enterprise vaulting solution for privileged accounts.

　　Contractors Role:

　　The Business Systems Analyst will be an important part of the program.They will help facilitate discussions with the technical teams tounderstand the current state and to help document the future state asthe technology is implemented. This analyst must understand how todocument process flows and be a strong facilitator in meetings to get tothe objective. This resource must be detailed oriented.

　　Experience Level: Senior, 10+ years

　　Qualifications (must haves):

　　This person must have strong organizational skills, and the ability tocommunicate and manage tasks

　　Technical experience with infrastructure or security

　　Self-Starter, Motivated

　　Intellectually curious

　　Facilitation strength

　　Process focused

　　Strong experience with Excel, Visio, Teams, Sharepoint, Office

　　Nice to Haves:

　　Experience with CyberArk would be preferred.

　　Tasks & Responsibilities

　　Sets up and facilitates all discussions with key stakeholders to developunderstanding of current state and to develop the future state processflows

　　Makes collaborative effort within the team to resolve complex issueswithin the projects

　　Participates in knowledge transfer of technology, implementation, andoperations with various stakeholder groups

　　Creates and reviews project documentation deliverables

　　Provides a prominent level of knowledge of technology so that as processof operational support is discussed, this resource can lead theconversation.

　　The candidate for this position will be involved in a major upgrade tothe client\'s PAM solution using CyberArk. The upgrade also involvesgoing from on-prem to cloud Knowledge and experience. with PAM/CyberArkand experience with infrastructure upgrades is a must.
