　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Assists the government in ensuing that requirements requested are on the Enterprise Approve Product List and approved by Information Assurance (IA).

　　Updates action statuses via the Procurement Action Tracker, BMC Remedy Incident Management Module and various other databases and artifacts.

　　Coordinates with program and project managers from various Directorates within the Defense Health Agency to ensure that the hardware and software being request have not reached their end of life/ end of support dates.

　　Coordinates with program and project managers to ensure that the hardware/software is still a valid requirement ensuring that the agency does not pay for maintenance on items no longer needed.

　　Attends the daily HS3 staff meeting and updates the chief on any critical issues that need to be addressed.

　　Reviews Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) and compares them to quotes received by vendors.

　　Provides recommendations to the government on if the EBOM and the quote are technically acceptable.

　　Assists in identifying End of Life (EOL)/ End of Support (EOS) information for hardware components to include but not limited to the Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN), Top Level Architecture (TLA), End User Devices (EUD) and software components.

　　Updates the Asset Management Database with EOL/EOS information.

　　Conducts market research to determine cost estimates for replacement devices based on the request of the customer.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum of one or more years of experience.

　　Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　Familiar with the following software applications including but not limited to: the MS Office suite, MS access, BMC Remedy, and Service Now.

　　Must have a Public Trust clearance.

　　Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
