This is a hybrid role that allows work from home at the beginning and end of the week and Tuesday- Thursday in office.

The Business Process Analyst acts as a problem solver, business liaison, change agent, and project manager in the use and application of analytical tools associated with reconciliation and project management. Accountability to evaluate work processes to ensure improved productivity and efficiency or in support of key initiatives, resulting in meeting customer requirements and profitability objectives. Ability to act as process SME, project coordinator, or training facilitator with support and guidance from leadership.
Works cross-functionally with groups in the implementation of a standard, repeatable processes and continuous business improvement initiatives utilizing lean methodologies and project management methodologies supporting B2B Payments billing and invoicing.
Partners with business process owners across Deluxe to solve complex issues, drive resolutions, and deliver lean initiatives, assuring linkage between process improvement, strategic business goals, and customer priorities.
Contributes to the programs that improve the efficiency of work processes across all B2B Payments Operations.
Gathers business requirements, analyzes data and processes, creates process maps, delivers solutions, and drives the implementation of new and modified processes and systems.
Provides direction related to resolving escalated issues that support the business needs.
Acts as Project lead, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and Change Agent on key initiatives.
Develops approaches to implement and communicate changes with the appropriate business partners.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or Project Management. Or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of operations leadership experience.
2 years of experience in business process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in Business/Engineering/Project management/Operations
Experience: 2 years in Operations Management (preferably in banking or supply chain)
2+ years of experience in Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and/or PMP CertificationKnowledge: Experience in Lean methodologies and practices. Visio flowcharts, MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, Salesforce, SAP,
PowerPointAdditional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
