　　Title: Business Operations Consultant - Retail

　　Location: Belgrade, SRB

　　Business Operations Consultant provides assistance and consultation to the SWM Regional Program Manager, global business operation and Finance and/or other solution team managers in managing the operational and/or process deployment aspects of SWM for the assigned region. The Global Operations team enables SWM success as a highly productive organization through managed, defined processes and performance-improving Business Operations consulting. Key Areas of Responsibility:

　　Provide on-going analytics, metrics optimization and reports for SWM Business & Leadership/Management to assist in day to day business decisions; creating ad-hoc reports for SWM business analysis

　　Gathering data through several ways, mining data through different system tools and looking for other internal data (working closely with other NCR Voyix departments) and analyze trends to help determining where SWM business stands (tracking billing, revenue flow, missing revenue, contract renewals, license sales, contract cancellations etc.)

　　Work on analyzing financial information (General ledger & Atlas), Monthly Closing & Rolling forecast; preparing and processing journal entries, prepare financial variance between Actual vs Outlook, follow up on outstanding items

　　Analyze data trends, seasonality and other random effects to quickly identify issues or best practices and provide other business operations support

　　Provide support in identifying and resolving data integrity issues, coordinate with relevant NCR Voyix functions (Controllership and Billing team) to resolve issues related to software maintenance revenue booking and billing discrepancy.

　　Assist in development and execution of the annual operations planning, outlook, and results analysis.

　　Process third party payments and requisitions.

　　Address and improve process gaps and inefficiencies related to SWM billing and contract renewals activities.

　　Report on a core set of financial, operational, and people-related metrics for multiple levels of SWM business in the region.

　　Track and forecast SWM revenue for the assigned region; analyze contract File Value changes and credit distribution; process correction journal entries when needed.

　　Direct end of year/ start of year financial and systems procedures.

　　Assist in global revenue reporting, update monthly and weekly reports; provide ad hoc analysis when required.

　　Work closely with BOC, Sales and Program management to ensure contract renewals and billing are completed on time and provide regular updates to SWM management on the latest contract statuses.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Strong – Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Formulas and Functions, Pivot, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA)

　　Strong-Intermediate knowledge level of Finance.

　　Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

　　Bachelor’s degree required

　　Knowledge of tools such as Tableau/Tableau Server, SAP Business Objects

　　Strong Communication, Analytical & Business Process skills.

　　Ability to present information in a consistent, organized and accurate manner
