Description Business Manager nonprofit D.C. area $120k, plus benefits

　　My client is a mission-based organization seeking a Business Manager to overseeing all operational accounting, budgeting, and serving as a the right hand to the Executive Director. The Business Manager will report to the Executive Director and will be a very visible role within the organization. The Business Manager lead the budgeting will all following duties:

　　•Process accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, and monthly reporting •Perform bank reconciliations and collections activities •Development and updating of organization’s policies and procedures and oversee implementation of policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook •Develop, maintain, and prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. •Perform accurate and timely Bank Reconciliations. •Maintaining vendor files and facilities for the organization
