　　The Business Intelligence Intern will gain experience in supporting business intelligence needs of our teams at both Team Headquarters and in the Field.  During the program the candidate will participate in related team activities of identifying new data needs, documenting business requirements data design, testing and creating training materials to support the end users.Responsibilities

　　Collaborate with users to deliver analytical visualizations to allow end users to spend more time on strategic activitiesGain deep knowledge of the day-to-day activities that help achieve high customer satisfaction and translate those activities into measurable performance visualsDevelop MicroStrategy dashboards based on customer Key Performance IndicatorsDevelop and deliver effective data stories through high-impact data visualizationsPartner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutionsInterpret business requirements; design, build and test reports and dashboards to ensure a high level of data qualityProvides status updates of work progress to project team and managementDevelop a good working relationship with a wide range of stakeholders to design end-to-end experiencesQualifications

　　Interest in learning about builder supply & construction industry and company business practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong analytical, problem-solving, deductive reasoning and critical thinking skillsA willingness to learn new technology to solve business problemsStrong attention to detail with emphasis on both quality and speedAbility to communicate to project team, business partners and senior management with the appropriate information at each levelInterest in data visualization, advanced analytics, and finding innovative solutions to complex business questionsA curious self-starter who can figure out the next step and take the initiative to execute when appropriateProficiency with enterprise Business Intelligence tools (MicroStrategy, etc.)Understanding of SQL, databases, and data modelsPursuing BA/BS in business, data analytics or related field
