Amazon Pay is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer with excellent technical and analytical abilities. If you are a self-starter, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for building scalable long-term solutions, then you are the right candidate for our team. In this role, the candidate would work closely with tech teams and product/program across US, EU and JP to build scalable solutions and drive WBRs for your domain.
The position is based in Bangalore. We seek a quick-learner who can quickly familiarize themselves with a fast-paced environment, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership for a broad array of domains. Key job responsibilities
Analyze and visualize data to generate insights for business and report with recommendation.
Present recommendations to business leaders and drive decisions. Also manage implementation of those recommendations.
Develop and recommend metrics that supports Business and Product growth.
Drive WBRs for your domain.
Serve as liaison between the Business and technical teams to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights into current business performance, and ad hoc investigations into future improvements or innovations. This will require data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
