CO Salary Range: USD 49.00 - 67.00 per hour

　　Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Colorado Springs, CO.Summary:Business intelligence (BI) Analysts help guide and improve the way that businesses' management staff foster collaboration within and between departments. BI Analysts are generally tasked with collaborating with a team of cross-departmental managers, and are expected to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities. They should also be prepared to lead seminars training new managers on different aspects of business intelligence. Responsibilities: Provide application analysis and data modeling design to collect data for centralized data warehouse Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and to facilitate sharing between multiple data systems Proficient in the use of query and reporting analysis tools Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports

　　Requirements

　　10 + years of experience Strong understanding of managerial and professional skill sets Presentation skills are also a must as BI analysts are often expected to chair meetings discussing organizational data and future directions of the company Well-versed in many different aspects of business administration Proficiency in many different Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel Demonstrate superior creative thinking and decision making abilities consistently in their work Capable of working within a diverse, global workforce that is consumer oriented Experience in an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is usually considered a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
