  Responsibilities The Account Executive plays a critical role in the retention and cross selling process for business clients of OneGroup. The Account Executive interacts with clients on a daily basis strengthening and maintaining relationships with our clients and our carrier teams. The role requires taking the lead as a point person on the account as well as the liaison of the client team, proactively communicating client expectations to the sales and service team. Develop and manage all aspects of the client relationship by partnering with the sales team in strengthening the client relationship and building client revenue through deep sell opportunities.

  Works independently, or in collaboration with a sales professional and placement, manages new and renewal meetings with designated clients including the coordination of roles and obtaining the information.Assist client advisor with complex coverage comparisons and proposals.Works with the claims department on relevant claims for assigned clients and any necessary on-going reporting needed.Review of loss runs to understand loss trends. This allows us to understand what is needed from a risk management perspective in order to build out our service plans.Coordinate claim review meetings with Client, Carrier and Claims Team Develops, implements and monitors a comprehensive service plans that reflects the tailored business and risk management needs of each individual client. (for required accounts)AE to coordinate with sales professional to assemble the appropriate team members and hold them accountable accomplishing required tasks.AE to take the lead on the stewardship process and pull the team together.Build client profile understanding the opportunity and developing the technical support.Bring in additional experts as appropriate based on the client.Ensure loss control, coordination of inspections and follow-up on compliance with any recommendations.Partner with designated sales and/or servicing team to identify the opportunity to account round with designated clients.AE to have annual goals for new business revenue generation.Work with Business Insurance personnel in service and placement on prospective accounts to obtain information necessary to put submissions together in order to obtain quotes from insurance companies.Maintain knowledge and familiarity of available markets. Take the initiative to stay abreast of all industry changes and trends, regulations, and insurance provider products/services.Review new business and renewal submissions for coordination of the appropriate coverages. Assist in preparing a presentation-ready proposal, quote and summary in the agency approved format.Keep agency management System up to date with relevant correspondence and other relevant documents in a timely manner and according to agency workflows.Routinely provide support to ensure consistent resolution of client service issues.Immediately (within 24 hours) respond to necessary requests from designated sales and/or servicing team.Act as a mentor to others to contribute to their personal development. As well as providing guidance and direction to client advisors and less experienced account executives as needed.Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development.Perform other duties as required. Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific requirements in a timely fashion.

  Education:

  Bachelor's degree, preferredProfessional Certifications/Licenses:

  Property/Casualty License requiredIf licensed, maintain Agent/Broker License through continuing educationCIC, CPCU or equivalent experience requiredExperience/Skills:

  Minimum 6 years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience requiredPrior experience in all insurance functional areas to include sales, service and marketing preferredWorking knowledge and competency in use of agency management system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other software as required by positionAbility to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsAssertive, self-confident, and able to make independent, sound decisions.Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to handle situations in a calm and professional mannerAbility to work and meet challenging deadlines and expectation with a meticulous attention to detailMust possess a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
