About Business Development Representative

  Bridge is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is responsible for seeking new business opportunities for the sales team by creating and developing relationships with potential customers and leads generated from marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will use strong communication skills from first contact to hand-off or close, boosting sales and contributing to long-term business growth. Responsibilities of the BDR:Contact potential clients through cold calls and emailsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketEstablish contact with and qualify leads that will be passed onto sales for new business opportunitiesQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesPresent our company to potential clientsAnalyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business and generate leads for the sales teamIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Business Development DirectorsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansLeverage senior staff for training and guidanceIdeal Skills, Education, and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience1+ years of experience in an outbound B2B sales role. Experience working in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, or B2B SAAS is a plus. Highly proficient with web-based document products (Google Suite or similar) and CRMs (HubSpot or similar) Strong selling skillsManage client expectations well and have difficult conversations when neededExpert at building compelling proposals for clientsStrong ability to build and manage long-lasting relationshipsAlways being of service to the client and colleaguesPassionate about digital marketing and consumer dataProven leadership ability and initiativePossess a confident, positive attitude, a motivated team playerA self-aware, emotionally intelligent individualKnowledgeable about the digital marketing spaceAble to analyze data and provide insights
