　　Our partner is a leader in manufacturing plastic films across the pharma, engineering and automotive industries, globally. They are seeking an Account Manager for their site in Commerce, CA!

　　Salary : $75k - $100k

　　Monday-Friday : 8am-5pm; must have flexibility for client's availability

　　Responsibilities:

　　Supports and maintains rapport with customers to build long-term relationships and increase sales.

　　Identifies new business opportunities to maximize profitability and achieve company growth objectives.

　　Utilizes internal resources to support develop new business by ensuring customer requirements are met cross-functionally within R&D and Quality.

　　Develop and introduce specialty products to build market share for the company.

　　Provides quotations and prepares sales contracts for key customers and assists in maintaining medical market profile.

　　Leads internal/external meetings and presents company product portfolio to customers and prospects to differentiate company from competitors and identify opportunities.

　　Attend and participate in trade shows to better understand trends in markets and report back information to company’s management team.

　　International and domestic travel required for on-site customer visits and to gain market knowledge.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Polymers Science, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering.

　　Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary for working with companies of various sizes.

　　International and domestic travel required for on-site customer visits

　　Skilled at evaluating market changes and offering feedback to management and introduce new products to existing and potential customers.

　　Skilled in problem-solving with a professional approach to defining issues, collecting data, and finding solutions.

　　Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
