　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

　　Tasks Summary and Responsibilities

　　Maintain and develop the Quality Management according to IATF 16949.

　　Execute key quality strategies consistent with plant performance and measures

　　Implement, maintain (including reporting changes) and improve Business Operating System in his/her area of intervention, as well as in interaction with other areas ,departments and EMEA guidelines

　　Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. extraordinary customer service) and Quality Policy

　　Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations

　　Support and guide employees to enable them to work safely, comply with regulations, TE policies and specifications and on achieving environmental sustainability goals

　　Ensure the PPAP inputs availability by the cross-functional team.

　　Prepare the required PPAP packages.

　　Ensurethe PPAP submissions through Digi App if applicable or directly to customers when required.)

　　Support quality assurance, quality system, laboratory process and product activities (if required)

　　What your background should look like:

　　Bac+2/+3 Degree in quality management.

　　Years of Exp: 2+ years of Quality experience

　　Experience in automotive business

　　Experience with injection molding and assembly process advantageous
