　　The role:

　　• Business Development initiatives in direct relationship with key target accounts delivering significant quotas

　　• Improve existing processes and propose new ones, in a complex environment predominantly in the digital / e-commerce function

　　• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders and actors in order to define and implement a proper Business Development governance structure

　　• Demonstrate innovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competition

　　• Push beyond what’s expected

　　• Work and communicate efficiently with other internal organizations: channel sales, categories, marketing-search & trade marketing

　　• Coordinate across functions with in HP organization to ensure HP products are represented in the most effective way possible on the partners web site to optimize HP sales.

　　Skills Required:

　　• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

　　• Extensive hands on experience in business development roles within online consumer industry

　　• 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Product Management or Marketing related to e-Commerce

　　• Very strong analytical and commercial acumen is essential

　　• Extreme attention to detail

　　• Excellent interpersonal skills.
