Northrop Grumman's Space Components Business Unit (SCBU) COI Ceramics is an industry-leading provider of missile and aircraft components. SCBU has an opening for a Business Development Leader in its COI Ceramics operating unit. This position will be located in San Diego, California.
Essential Functions: Identifies and implements business development projects relating to standard and new products.Reports to the BU level BDEV director and works in conjunction with the site Product Line Leader.Assess markets, interface with customers, and generates and maintains new business forecasting.Aids in Capture/Proposal management providing key themes, customer priority, and Price to WinAids in Annual Operating Plan development support and Key Partnership Strategic developmentsRepresents the Operational Unit at trade shows, seminars, and press relations Develops and disseminates information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives. Salary Range: $130,400 - $195,000
Salary Range 2: $155,000 - $233,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
