　　Are you comfortable making cold calls to potential customers? Do you have a high level of customer service? Randstad is looking for someone to support a sales team with leads generation, marketing and vendor management skills. Requirements:

　　Skilled in organizing work flow and coordinating multiple activities, with ability to effectively meet deadlines while working under pressure.

　　Ability to use independent judgment in routine and non-routine matters, with excellent follow through.

　　Very organizationd with problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with a sense of urgency.

　　Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a professional manner.

　　Cold calling potential clients

　　Research, analyze, and evaluate inquiry data to determine if a lead is qualified.

　　Proactive prospecting and lead generation of new Clients in assigned territories.

　　Collaborate with manager to develop new marketing strategies.

　　Participate in marketing efforts and promoting special sales to lead lists.

　　In constant contact with Sales team to secure data obtained via repeats/referrals and their network.

　　Manage existing and potential Client accounts.

　　Update activity, set tasks and manage client base through CRM.

　　Skills

　　Marketing Research (1 year of experience is required)

　　MS Office (3 years of experience is required)

　　Vendor Management (1 year of experience is required)

　　Qualifying Leads (1 year of experience is required)
