Adecco is currently assisting a local financial client in their search for a Business Control Specialist in Kennesaw, Ga. The position is 12+ months long with opportunity for extension and offers a starting pay rate of $41.28/hr. plus overtime. This position is Onsite .

　　3-5+ years recent experience in a Risk & Control environment

　　Demonstrated ability to operate as a change agent

　　Strong collaboration and partnering skills

　　Comfortable with ambiguous situations capable of analyzing, simplifying, and collaborating to solve complex problems

　　Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile, and capable of performing work with minimal management oversight

　　Competency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
