Business Consultant (Airport area)
We present a brand-new opportunity for you to become a Business Consultant in Trusted Society Solution Dev divisions, a project which is created in cooperation with Japan, and share your expertise and knowledge in order to improve existing processes, or introduce new ones. The position is a perfect opportunity to give free rein to your creativity when creating and planning new Proofs of Concept, based on your knowledge of Aviation related areas, in order to present them to the customers, whom you will have opportunity to work closely with.
Job Responsibilities:
Being a Trusted Society Use case & Offering based consultant as a part of TS Solution Dev Divisions
Communicating directly with Trusted Society customers in order to discuss their expectations and needs
Working on Security Enhancement related to airports
Working in PreMinimum Viable Product/Minimum Viable Product/Minimum Marketable Product phases when coming up with solutions and presenting them to customers
Staying in touch with TS team in order to discuss actions to be taken and if they are green lit or not
Planning and proposing Proof of Concept, along with Scope and Key Performance Indicator, accordingly to the customer’s expectations
Monitoring the Proof of Concept plan based on feedback from the customers in order to adjust the concept
Being a support for customer engagement led by other TS teams, as well as supporting architecture design introduced by Solution Architects
Aiming for optimization and improvement through Work Process Simulations or Passenger flow Simulations
Airfreight Load Planning
Requirements:
Ability to Fit & Gap between customer’s expectations and TS Use case & offering
Continuous improvement mindset towards the features definitions – whether there is any possibility for additional customizations or add-ons
Ability to offer expertise and share knowledge of TS Aviation, forming hypotheses and Proof of Concept plans based on that knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Customer oriented approach
Excellent English written and spoken skills (B2+/C1)
