  Job Description

This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation that will enable our IAO strategy, supporting the Order to Cash (OTC) Tower and is a key pillar for re-platforming Intel on SAP.

  The OTC Business Analyst is a critical position within the OTC Tower that is tasked with the design and implementation of enterprise-wide standard processes utilizing SAP S/4 capabilities. The Order to Cash business capabilities encompass all order management processes from forecasting demand to receiving, fulfilling, and payment of orders.

  This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical process inputs to key partners across Finance, IT, and Operations.   As a Business Analyst supporting the S/4 ERP Implementation, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  Provides inputs to L3 process flows, Solution Design Decision, Security Roles, Change Impacts.Provide business requirements for IT to build and configure ERP capabilities balancing business needs and standard processes.Prepares and Executes Unit Testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing and results.Create and maintain business partner relationships with other operations colleagues and cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Procurement, etc. to provide operational guidance, drive efficiency, and optimize process execution.Identify and drive process improvements impacting global stakeholders.Be at the forefront as we look to transform and improve the E2E order management process.Develop and report out on KPIs.Testing and Integration: Collaborate on the development of Integration Test scripts to verify system functionality. Analyze and validate Integration Test results to identify any issues or discrepancies.Document and report UAT results, including issues and resolutions.Cutover and Data Migration: Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Monitor and validate data loads during cutover cycles to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  Proficient knowledge of Order to Cash business processes.Ability to drive initiatives across groups and sites to achieve broadly defined goals and objectives.Excellent analytical, research, conceptual, communication and planning skills and desire to challenge the status-quo.Ability to work on a fast-paced team and adapt to rapidly changing situations and conditions as well as a drive and bias for action.Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions.This role will impact business partners and processes across business groups and geographies. Strong partnering and communication skills are critical to success, as well as the ability to evaluate and optimize disparate information and processes.Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project dynamics.Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and results-driven decision-making.Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.

  Role will require a minimum of 25 percent travel.

  Qualifications

  You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree.5+ years' experience in order to cash process areas.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, related field.Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.Proven track record as a project manager in SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects or similar complex initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing.Having good hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution- Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 Hana (SD) is a plus.Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and associated SAP solutions.Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00

  *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
