　　In your role, you will:

　　Adhere to General Work Requirements

　　Be the first contact for the End Users

　　Become an expert to ensure proper data quality, process and tool usage for the given functional area.

　　Recognize issues and escalate through the appropriate channel.

　　Gathering the needs from the user, analyze, organize, translate, and simplify their needs and make as requirements for system enhancements.

　　Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

　　Develop and document as-is/to-be business processes.

　　Work with Development teams to implement solutions.

　　Escalate system related process and issues.

　　Coach and support the End Users for a given functional area in the site in their day-to-day business.

　　Support integration and regression testing prior to project Go-Lives

　　Complete the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts & testing execution.

　　Serve as focal throughout all phases of deployments (Demo, UAT, site readiness, deployment, stabilization)

　　Coordinate / Communicate status of project.

　　Communicate to all levels of organization.

　　Work within dynamic team environments

　　Be motivated & influential within their specific functional area based on his/her knowledge.

　　Support change management in driving through process, technology, and behavioral changes

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　This position is assigned to the Maximo team and you can be located near any of the US Service Centers (Hartford, Dallas, Opa Locka, Wichita, Tucson)

　　As our ideal candidate

　　You have 3-4 years experience in business process modeling, requirements management, analysis and design

　　You possess interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, Coworkers, other business areas, and vendors

　　You have basic knowledge of IT Change Management and Project Management

　　You have basic knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft systems.

　　You possess strong verbal and written communication skills

　　You have planning and organizational skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate own tasks

　　You have the ability to travel to different Bombardier sites (25% - 50% travel)

　　You have experience in systems analysis and technical design.

　　You can demonstrate ability to build use cases, story boards, and models that clearly depict process flows relating to specific requirements.

　　You have experience building presentations that depict project requirements, project scope, and mock-ups.

　　You understand the System Development Life Cycle

　　You possess training skills necessary to educate employees to comprehend business processes or acquire/enhance skills.
