  Are you a thoughtful, organized and process-driven HR generalist? We are currently recruiting for a reputable non-profit organization in need of an experienced HR Generalist. The ideal canidate would have experience with managing a high volume of employee relations cases and have at least 4-5 years of HR experience. This role is a contract to hire opporutnity with room to grow within the organization.   Responsibilities

  Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of best practices for responding to employee relations concerns and investigations, and monitors teams' open and closed cases for consistency in executing best practices.

  Oversee the HR functions for Onboarding and Offboarding for the organization.

  Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement proactive employee relations programs and processes that ensure adequate and robust documentation techniques are used and maintain accurate, confidential records regarding all reported matters and fact-finding documentation.

  Communicate and enforce company policies and Employee Handbook on an ongoing basis.

  Work with ER Team to identify and analyze employee matters and recommend appropriate employment action to maintain a productive work environment, achieve optimal performance, and minimize risk to the company.

  Works with team to monitor the overall organizational climate and employee morale and communicates observations regularly to Senior and Executive Leadership regarding employee concerns.

  Analyze trends and patterns through Employee Relations Case Management System, survey results and climate and culture assessments, and other resources to identify opportunities for additional Leadership Coaching or Training.
