　　What You'll Do Cooperate with client's stakeholders and SMEs on requirements elicitation and management Develop user stories and closely work with the development team on user stories refinement Support the development team daily Validate the implemented functionality to make sure that it is matching the requirements Facilitate the grooming sessions with the customer and the team Participate in demos for project stakeholders Analyse the current state of the systems / business processes Drive project discovery and scope baselining Drive sessions to define functional / non-functional / integration requirements Facilitate UAT process with the Customer and Delivery Team and obtain sign-off for delivered functional scope Act as a connection point between the Customer and Delivery Team Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver different artefacts Gather and formalize functional and non-functional requirements, and document them as user stories or other relevant artefacts Be responsible for obtaining requirements sign-off from the stakeholders Work with offsite dev teams on a daily basis, provide them guidance on a product vision and stakeholder's priorities Minimal supervision What You Have

　　3+ years work experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories and validating customer needs Good negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills Good understanding of SDLC approach - experience working with Agile processes and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Rally, etc Good written and verbal communication skills - experience working with external English-speaking customer Experience working on a Project without supervision Readiness to take ownership, play a proxy-PO role Understanding of Enterprise customer specifics Good technical background and/or experience working with technical requirements Experience working on a Project from scratch is a plus Experience participating in Project Discovery/Initiation phase is a plus Understanding of SAFe is a plus We Offer We believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
