Research, analyze, model, and organize information for developing requirements. Facilitate requirements validation sessions, identify gaps, and present findings. Research, document, and validate current and future state processes and designs (functional and technical). Help define and execute business analysis approaches.Solution Development and Proposal Documentation:Facilitate design sessions, key decision-making sessions, team meetings, sponsor meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Complete documentation for solution development, including use cases, requirements, test plans, process maps, and standard desk procedures.Solution Build and Technical Documentation:Draft documentation for end-user and operational manuals. Support the project manager in the maintenance of project information including scope, status, schedule, budget, forecast, risks and issues, and resources.Implementation and Change Management:Support the development and implementation of change management plans that reduce employee resistance and empower management as change sponsors. Facilitate various system verification activities such as systems and user testing. Facilitate system and data integration efforts to connect disparate systems that have various levels of System Life Cycle (SLC) maturity.Solution Maintenance and Technical Documentation:Develop product and process manuals, user guides, and other content that distills technical information with ease and clarity. Complete and improve user manuals, onboarding, and training documentation. Analyze solutions and business practices for efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the analyses, initiate continuous improvement initiatives.Compliance Report Writing. Develop and draft associated documentation required for mitigation plans, compliance packages, milestone updates, mitigation completion packages, and data requests.Requirements:A degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Organizational Development, or related technical discipline is preferred. 8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree. 10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree. 12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business systems analysis and progressively more technical. Advanced knowledge of Visio and/or other flowchart tools.
