　　What your day to day will look like:

　　Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals.

　　Collaborate with analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

　　Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient data architectures that support the organization's data processing and analytics needs.

　　Develop, implement, and manage robust Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to move and transform data from source systems to data repositories.

　　Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data to downstream systems and analytics platforms.

　　Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

　　Integrate data from various sources, both internal and external, to create a unified and comprehensive view of the organization's data.

　　Implement data governance and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

　　Manage and optimize databases to support data storage and retrieval needs.

　　Implement and maintain database security measures.

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts to understand data requirements and provide data-related support.

　　Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure aligns with overall technology strategy.

　　What you'll need to succeed:

　　Post secondary education in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

　　Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, and or Data Engineer (or other relevant roles)

　　Experience working with KPI management, large scale data analysis or reconciliations

　　Proficient in data modelling, database design, and SQL, DAX and Power BI

　　Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes.

　　Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

　　Advanced-level Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools

　　Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Driven by improvement with the ability to manage multiple workflows with accuracy and efficiency

　　20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter

　　20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks)

　　30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
