Position Overview
As a Business Analyst in Global Customer Operations, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing effective solutions. You will work closely with GCO leadership to understand specific data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be instrumental in driving GCO's growth and success. The Business Analyst will sit on the Mission Control Team, reporting to Marco Salici.
Responsibilities
Perform routine data mining of GCO data to identify trends and patterns. Provide insights to key stakeholders within Autodesk on what is driving customer effort and contact volumeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce enhancements or capability to eliminate the need to require help either through self-service or human helpIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks in current processes and propose solutionsPerform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making processesDevelop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user storiesConduct user acceptance testing when requiredMonitor and evaluate implemented changes to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for further improvementPrepare data visually for presentation purposesProven efforts to achieve Self-help goal on reducing contacts per 1K SubscribersProvides valuable insights through data mining to assist in making informed decisionsProactively makes recommendations for operational or process improvementsAbility to deliver impromptu data analysis requests while prioritizing routine deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailProficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, SFDC Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsSolid understanding of business processes and Autodesk systems Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
