Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst.Responsibilities:

　　Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements within the distribution industry

　　Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects and initiatives

　　Develop detailed business process models, workflows, and use cases to illustrate proposed solutions

　　Provide support in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions to enhance distribution operations

　　Analyze data and generate meaningful insights to support informed decision-making within the distribution network

　　Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation processes to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions

　　As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with IT teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements

　　Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions

　　Understand process, map it out and create a narrative/RTM

　　Help map out "as is" process

　　Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute valuable insights to the business

　　Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document project requirements

　　Utilize SAAS expertise to optimize software solutions for enhanced efficiency

　　Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

　　Minimum 5 years of general business analysis experience

　　5 years of extensive experience working with SAAS

　　Management Software experience

　　Experience with vendor management

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
