About Finland
Our Finland locations include Vantaa and Joensuu, employing over 800 professionals supporting functions such as production, instrument and reagent manufacturing, R&D, marketing, sales, quality, administrative support and supply chain. We hire experts in different fields including engineering, chemistry, microbiology and bioinformatics. Our Vantaa site develops pipettes and microplate instruments as well as clinical chemistry and industrial chemistry analyzers, laboratory automation solutions and food safety kits. How will you make an impact?
You will join Immunodiagnostics Division (IDD) under Specialty Diagnostic Group (SDG); the global leader in allergy and autoimmunity diagnostics. As a Software Engineer you will bring wealth of software engineering skills to our Vantaa Team to help us in providing healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostic technologies.
What will you do?
You will participate in specifying software design activities in IDD’s area of operation and define and review software requirements.
You will build coherent coordinated software designs and plans and collaborate closely with other software engineers, product and project management, and verification teams.
How will you get here?
You hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from suitable area (e.g., engineering, computer science, information technology).
You have prior experience in software development projects, solid knowledge of C#, .NET, Git, and with web development.
You would impress us by having experience with the following: Blazor, TDD, BDD, test automation.
You maybe have past experience also in full stack development projects and web technologies (Blazor, React JS, …).
You are clear in communicating your intensions and collaborating with your stakeholders.
You can easily revert to “product owner” role and attitude in your own area and see things from higher perspective.
You preferable have prior experience in working in regulated environments and understanding the meaning of standards.
You are proficient in English language.
