We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual with a passion for driving business growth to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role is tailored for a college student eager to contribute to small to mid-size projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, assessing their impact, and proposing optimal NetSuite solutions while managing projects with agile methodologies. As an individual contributor, you'll manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a liaison and coordinating activities across various groups.
Advantageous experience and/or knowledge includes:
CRM and/or ERP implementation.
Agile methodologies.
Project Management.
Basic understanding of core business processes like Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), or Record to Report (RTR).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility, demonstrating analytical thinking skills.
Proactively participate in internal process improvements initiatives defined and lead by tenured teammates.
Assist in the definition and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within defined timelines.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of projects updates.
Manage the backlog and seek prioritization from the stakeholders/customers.
Minimum Qualifications :
Be graduated between June 2023 and June 2024.
Experience in business analysis, project management or in a similar analytical role is ideal.
Bonus points for experience or demonstrated knowledge of CRM or ERP solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Project Management.
Effective communication (Spanish & English) and leadership skills.
Able to facilitate working meetings, ask good questions, listen to the answers.
Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation, stakeholder analysis, and risk identification and mitigation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs.
Ability to lead and work with globally distributed teams.
Bridge communication between IT and Business Units (Finance, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Legal, and so on) to ensure quality product delivery. Lead and guide team members in designing and implementing NetSuite solutions aligned with our business strategies.
The Business Analyst should excel both independently and collaboratively, managing NetSuite implementation projects to meet the needs of business units and support their goals.
