DescriptionQualified candidates will be responsible, but not limited to the propercleaning measures of Colorado Department of Transportation Bustang Outriderbuses as well as RoadRunner Transit owned buses. Candidates will be requiredto demonstrate, or be able to learn proper use of company provided cleaningand sanitation equipment. Proper storage of cleaning agents and or chemicalswill be followed by local , state and federal guidelines. Qualifiedcandidates will be required to move buses and or shuttle buses on or offcompany property, and be able to back and park buses into garages or tightspaces. May be required to work a flexible schedule, proper PPE will beissued, as well as proper use of the PPE to applicable employees. A CDLClass B license will elevate the position and is preferable, but not required.

　　The building maintenance position will include various duties: Knowledge ofbuilding safety practices. Experience of skilled or semi-skilled buildingmaintenance and warehouse procedures. Safe use of basic hand and power toolsincluding drill, saw, ladders, power washer etc. May work indoor/andor outdoors in inclement weather, including snow removal. Also, performrepairs and finish work, painting etc on building projects. Work to insurethe building is in good repair and has a neat well kept professionalappearance. Help maintain a safe, clean work area. Willing to perform othertasks assigned by the supervisor.

　　RequirementsHigh school graduate or GED preferred.

　　Must have a valid driver's license, CDL Class B preferred.

　　Mechanic experience with gas and diesel engine and routing maintenancepreferred.

　　Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen; must pass criminalhistory.

　　Must be able to relate to and work well with associates and the public;work references will be required.

　　Must be physically able to perform all duties of the job and pass aphysical exam every year. Position occasionally performs heavy physical laborrequiring ability to lift, carry, push, pull and move heavy objects ormaterials. Physical demand for strength and endurance; requires lifting over50 pounds on an occasional basis.

　　Preference may be given to qualifying local applicants familiar with theSouthern Ute Indian Reservation and the surrounding Ignacio community.
