Summary & Qualifications:
Summary
This position provides programmatic planning and support for Extended Educational Services (EES). Specifically, the position will focus on bringing EES classes to Benzie County. Project management, good communication skills, and interaction with potential community partners will be critical in the development of these programs. Collaboration with and support of the EES team will be crucial in developing and delivering this programming to a new audience and in a new location.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
• Education: Associate's degree required
• Personal motor vehicle for use during working hours required
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license or ability to obtain by start date
• Ability to work in the office at the University Center as well as remotely and in Benzie County as needed (to meet with potential partners, visit possible classroom sites, and to host programs when they take place)
Essential Responsibilities
• Assists Program Coordinators to develop programming for Benzie County
• Collaborates with the EES team in class and program curation
• Supports EES team with programming tasks in Benzie County
• Assists the EES team with registrations and other programming needs
• Responds in a timely fashion, with eagerness, and positivity, to inquiries from potential partners, instructors, customers, phone calls, email, and social media

Education and/or Experience
Associate's Degree required. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business communication, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write emails, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, departmental team members, partners, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, pricing breakdowns, percentages, and estimates.
Reasoning Ability
